Here are the SIP settings I have implemented successfully:
Service Profile: IETF
Default access point: Your preferred wireless network
Public username: sip:[username]@callcentric.com
Use compression: No
Registration: Always on (use When needed if you don’t want it to stay connected all the time)
Use security: No
>Proxy server
>>Proxy server address: None
>>Realm: None
>>Username: None
>>Password: None
>>Allow loose routing: Yes
>>Transport type: Auto
>>Port: 5060
>Registrar server
>>Registrar server address: sip:callcentric.com
>>Realm: callcentric.com
>>Username: [username]
>>Password: [password]
>>Allow loose routing: Yes
>>Transport type: UDP
>>Port: 5060
In the above,
[username] stands for the 10-digit Callcentric caller ID number (like 17775551212)
[password] stands for my Callcentric password
After creating the SIP settings profile, you point to them from an Internet Telephone profile. You maintain both profiles under Tools > Settings > Connection. After doing so, there may be a delay before you see the word “Registered” in the SIP settings overview. There are then also Internet call settings under Tools > Settings > Call settings.
Many sources of incorrect, or at best unhelpful, advice are available. Here is a correct one.
The advantage of using the native Nokia SIP mechanism is that there is no need to install any third party software, such as Skype or Fring.

Myrtle gets total satisfaction when she gets one of these treats.
She gives it her complete attention. It is so compelling that she attacks it from the angle at which she arrives. Time is too precious to waste in adjusting her position.

Jott was not quite perfect
What I said was:
So, we have an interface from Jott to WordPress and I’m trying it out with this first. Let’s see how well the speech recognition does and if it gets it right without any errors. listen

This recent directive from the Transport Safety people does as much to obscure and confuse as it does to communicate. Its random emphasis is particularly unhelpful.
The rules categorise lithium-ion batteries into three classes by means of their “lithium content equivalent”. These classifications are not labeled on batteries, but translate roughly into Normal (<100wh), Large (100-300wh), and Professional (>300wh).
Each person may check or carry on at most two large batteries.
We may not put any uninstalled spare lithium-ion batteries of any size in checked bags. It is permitted, but discouraged, to put lithium-ion batteries in checked bags if installed in devices.
The United States needs The Plain English Campaign.
